We have over fifty years of combined office listing and portfolio management experience. All the principals at Cadence have represented the area's top developers and landlords in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management.

We bring a wide breadth of land development experience to the table and have handled development projects in all facets of real estate - office, retail, multi-family, residential town-home, educational and more.
Since 2012 we have represented Chester Charter School for the Arts. Initially assisting the school in it's charter school approval process in Chester Upland School district and negotiating a 75,000 SF lease on the school's behalf during it's start up period. Once opened the school experienced immediate growth and was in need of it's own facility, they turned again to the Principals of Cadence to guide them through this process. We located a 10 acre off-market land acquisition for the school and also paired the school with the appropriate general contractor to bring their vision and plans to life.
Our retail experience ranges from full ground up place-making abilities to tenant representation. We have executed full marketing and tenant procurement campaigns for retail sites in the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Maryland markets. We have lead the efforts on the entitlement process for adaptive re-use sites during pre-leasing, handled all brokerage needs on tenant placement, negotiated the leases between landlord and tenant and also guided the construction management process to bring the transaction to fruition.
