Frank Costa is one of the rare brokers in the market with a true industrial background and understanding of the sector. Starting in 2009, Frank embarked on his professional career in the utility industry with the fortune 500 company, Exelon Corporation. Frank held many titles throughout his tenure at Exelon/PECO. Lastly, He served in the field on the distributing end running various large projects throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.
Frank started his career in real estate brokerage in 2016 with Avison Young, Frank maintained a strict focus on Industrial products, sales, and development. He has completed over 1,000,000 SF in leasing transactions and several hundred thousand square feet in sales. Frank repositioned over 20 acres of land, which will convert into 250,000 SF of Class A warehouse and a multifamily.
In 2020 Frank joined Cadence Real Estate Advisors as Vice President of Industrial Transactions. His focus will be on the Bucks County and North East Philadelphia markets. His true “boot on the ground” approach to facilitating transactions is what drives Franks book of business and client list.
